The recently held poster making competition in the school among the four houses [ Gandhi house, Mandela house, Tagore house, Lincoln house] turned out to be a great success and received abundant participation from the students of different grades. It was wonderful to witness my classmates who usually don’t take interest in art, drawing posters and creating masterpieces. I feel the topic “Human Rights and Anti-Corruption’ was a really interesting one and enabled us to think out of the box to spread awareness in the society through  art. All the Houses gave their best and came up with different ideas to represent their thinking. Lincoln House stood at 1st place in the competition and I was delighted to know that my House (Gandhi) had achieved the 2nd place in the competition. This was the first time that I had won an art related competition. To conclude poster making competition was one of our attempts to support the country in the struggle against corruption. The competition enhanced my creative thinking skills. I am glad I took part in the competition as I got to know more people and learned quite a lot.
