CAS interview 2 for DP 2

CAS formulates a major component of IBDP Core and it induces the Diploma programme students to get engaged in long term projects of Creativity, Action and Service. To keep a check of the learners’ involvement in these projects and to gauge their efforts several interviews are conducted during the span of two years of the programme.
During the CAS interviews, the students are needed to provide with filled up CAS forms which enumerate their efforts in the component. The CAS Coordinator conducted second CAS interview with DP2 students on 24th and 25th November 2016. All the students of 2015-17 batch apprised her of their efforts and progress in their projects. They also explained their plans to take up the efforts in the remaining time span of the programme.
The CAS forms comprise of questions which highlight the overall impact of the activities. The CAS Coordinator also questioned the students which revolved around the achievement of Learning Outcomes of CAS. The students expressed their views on the importance of CAS and how it has helped them in growing IB Learner Profile attributes.
