Hostelers' Trip to Adventure Resort

On 3rd September,2016, Sujan Sir took all the hostelers including me, to a trip which was one of the most memorable trip of my life. The name of our destination was Soul Adventure Resort which was situated in the jungle near

Dewas.

We started our journey from the school itself, we departed from school at 1 in the afternoon .We went by a mini bus and did a lot of sightseeing .There were so many gates of ancient times out of which there was one gate which was a symbol of entering in Malwa region in ancient time. When we reached over there, we set up our tents and then we went for jungle trek in evening. Sitting beside the river bank we had an enlightenment on moral values. As time passed we went back to our tents and with the night fall, a calming cool breeze struck the atmosphere and made us forget all the fatigue. At night we had hot tasty barbecue. It was time for jungle trekking again and to have a stint with wild animals.

 

The same night on the river bank Sujan Sir taught us survival strategies in wild jungle then we went back to our camp and talked about human nature and discussed psychological things and dozed off to sleep. The next day there was an army training in which we learnt how to be balanced and jump from a height. After that we went for river crossing . By the time the harnesses were set up, we had a quick match of wrestling. After we did the activity, we splashed into the river water and built up some more cherishable memories. It was time to pack our bags and return.

It was a much needed break which not only provided us with fun, entertainment and adventure but also opened up many unknown facts and concepts before us and it surely would remain memorable to us for times to come...
