University Visit - Sheridan University, Canada

The Students of DP1 and DP2 got the exciting opportunity of meeting with a representative of the Sheridan university. She was a very confident and experienced speaker. The session started with Ms. Garima Marg greeting us and explaining the pros of studying abroad. She then told us about her university and why it is more preferable over other Canadian universities.

 

Sheridan university is more than just academics, extra curricular activities like sports are a very important part of a Sheridan students curriculum. She explained the importance of getting quality education and introduced us to the wide range of subjects offered by the university. She boasted about her universities location and involvement in sports and how Sheridan wants students to have an unmatchable experience. She also stressed on how important it is for us to score good grades now to get admission into a prestigious university like Sheridan. She made sure everyone in the room understood how to clear the admission process and entertained and attended every question.

 

After the session everyone had learned something important. I learnt that doing well in my DP would have advantages later when I want admission in universities. I am considering applying into Sheridan now because I got the opportunity to hear what they have to offer.
